Welcome to Sacred Flow Therapies.<\/strong> I’m Hanka and I have been living in the Lake District for over 20 years. I’ve originally trained as a nurse. I have always been fascinated by connection between mind, body and soul\u00a0 and all the magical mysteries about our human experience which took me on a journey of healing and self- discovery.<\/div>\n

I have trained in many different massage and healing techniques to support my clients to help them to connect to their body to restore balance, boost energy, re-align, relieve pain and much more.<\/div>\n

My treatments are consciously created to include all senses including music,high quality aromatic oils and sprays. I provide a\u00a0 non-judgemental and confidential space in which you will feel safe to work on any physical or emotional issues you are dealing with.<\/div>\n

My therapy room is situated in Choices health club in Troutbeck Bridge and my work covers Windermere and surrounding areas. I’m often available on short notice so do not hesitate to give me a call.<\/div>\n
